Team Immunity Victorious in Predator PUBG OCE Open Series

Team Immunity have been crowned champions of the Predator PUBG OCE Open Series, and will head to the Predator League 2019 to be within a chance of winning a cut of the $250,000 prize that’s up for grabs.

Team Immunity conjured up a total of 2160 points from the competition, with 1530 placement points and 630 kill points. Runners-up Knights Esports meanwhile missed out on top spot by just under 150 points, scoring 2020 total points altogether. NOINVITEZ followed closely behind in third, whilst SYF Gaming made up the top four ahead of Ground Zero.

The OCE Open Series presents a platform in which players of different status and ability can compete in the battle royale competitive scene. Taking place over the course of a five-week period, the series offers both professional and semi-professional teams, as well as Grass-Roots squads the opportunity to engage in battle for a share of the $15,000 prize pool.

The series, provided by Throwdown Esports, will be joined by another event running this weekend in the form of Throwdown’s Premier Rocket League season. This particular competition will grant Oceania players the chance to represent their region ahead of the Rocket League Championship Series, which has a record-breaking prize pool of $1,000,000 on offer to those competing.
